Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShortsForge (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

ShortsForge generates short vertical videos from topics or scripts you provide, using third-party AI models for scripts, voice-over and video. Output quality and processing times can vary.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Credits

• Shorts are paid for with credits. The credit cost is shown before you start each short.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• If a short fails to render, the credits charged for it are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Free trial credits are granted once per account and may be changed or withdrawn for new accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, infringes others' rights, or is intended to mislead people about real events or real individuals. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You keep your rights in the topics, scripts and music you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to these terms and the policies of the underlying AI providers, you may use the videos you generate for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for how you publish them.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Daily usage limits apply to keep the Service fair for everyone.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
